Acadian On Call used a lot of different software products for patient referrals, order management, call center data entry, and contract generation. Unfortunately, the systems did not talk to one another. Patient referrals were being handled by fax and phone, tying up their customer support staff.
They set out looking for a solution to streamline these disparate systems into one more easily manageable, web-based solution.

We researched software that could help us. but everything had something about it we didn’t like. Then, we found Logiforms.

Acadian On Call built a secure web-based portal for agencies to refer new patients. They created forms that collect and validate the referral data, automatically generate PDFs, and route the data to the correct department.
The secure portal allowed agencies to log in and view their referrals. It also allowed Acadian On Call at-a-glance access to daily usage stats and referral data.
The portal increased Acadian’s efficiency so much that the company expanded their use of Logiforms, effectively replacing multiple software programs.
For their medical alert service, they automated their order forms, billing, and shipping with our advanced PDF generation tools and web portals.
