How AAA Launched A New Insurance Quoting System Using the Logiforms Platform
The American Automobile Association is a federation of motor clubs throughout North America. This not-for-profit member service organization has more than 54 million members in the U.S. and Canada.
For nearly a decade, AAA clubs have used Logiforms to offer its members insurance on both desktop and mobile platforms. Read on to learn why they rely on our Insurance Solution and how it works for them.
We've found the Logiforms' system to be very reliable. We're dependent on the platform to gather sales leads and provide quick and easy service to our members.

Challenge
AAA wanted to improve how their agents process online insurance quotes, sales leads, and claim submissions.
As AAA’s staff looked at various web-based platforms, they recognized their clubs needed a secure, scalable solution. It’d have to work at all of the not-for-profit’s clubs across the continent. It’d also have to work flawlessly on mobile devices. Perhaps most importantly, AAA’s solution needed to be user-friendly. They chose Logiforms.
With our platform, non-technical users can design intelligent forms that dynamically change as customers enter data. It scales with AAA’s expansive presence in North America. And, it keeps their members’ data completely secure.
Solution
After testing other form tools, AAA reached the limits of every software package they tried. They realized they needed something more sophisticated.
“”In the 8 years we’ve used Logiforms, we’ve saved thousands of dollars in development costs. Moreover, the revenue we’ve realized through online forms amounts to several million dollars.”
Amy Keeling of AAA Oklahoma.
AAA selected Logiforms after determining they could build out their complex insurance forms, create online portals for sales agents, and access our advanced platform of design and workflow tools.
AAA leveraged Logiforms’ multi-page form feature to create intelligent forms with conditional branching. They applied logic rules, developed with no programming. As a result, their forms adapt and change as their users fill out information on them.
“Our forms can have as few as four pages or more than 11, depending on the needs of the customer,” said Cliff Clark of the AAA located in Arizona.
They also implemented a ‘round-robin’ lead distribution system to automate the sale lead distribution. Then, they created a web-based portal for agents to manage assigned leads and automate follow-ups.
Results
By selecting our platform, AAA was able to scale up. Our form design service and enterprise-class features let the not-for-profit go beyond the limitations of other form software.
Using “smart” forms, web-based agent portals, and automated follow-ups and lead distribution, AAA saved thousands of dollars. They also generated millions of dollars of business through forms built on the Logiforms platform.
The dynamic form length and logic rules embedded into the form have dramatically helped us increase our form submissions. More submissions equals more sales!
