After downloading and installing logiDecrypt you need to enter your private key into the program so it knows what to use when decrypting your data. If you have not downloaded and installed logiDecrypt, please do so now.

Your private key file is attached to the first welcome email that you received from logiforms.com when you first signed up. Check that email for the attachment. This is your private key file, find that file now. If you can not find your private key file you can request it from our logiforms support.
  1. Open your private key file and copy the entire contents onto your clipboard (CTRL + A to SELECT ALL and CTRL + C to COPY)
  2. Launch logiDecrypt and select tools > Key Data as shown below

  4. Next, select 512 bit from the key length drop down
  5. Cut & paste your private key into the space provided. It should look like the example shown below
  6. Click the "Save Private key data for future use" checkbox
  7. Click the "Protect my private key with a Password" and enter a password to protect your private key.
  8. Click OK to save your changes

Great! Your done setting up logiDecrypt. The final step is to return to logiforms and open your form to test it:
  1. Return to logiforms
  2. Roll over the "Integration Wizard" link and select "Direct Link" from the sub menu.
  3. Click the form URL to launch the form in a new window.
  4. Fill out the form and submit it
  5. Open your Email Program and check for the form submission notification email.
  6. When you receive the email, it will contain an attachment. Double click the attachment to launch logiDecrypt and automatically decrypt the attachment.

Once you've set up logiDecrypt, all you need to do is click the attachment and it will automatically be decrypted. All of the secure data is stored encrypted on your computer and only decrypted when you need to view it. If you need to transfer the information you can copy & paste it or review the other options logiforms has for exporting secure and encrypted data.
