Next, we'll create the Orders Form
- Click 'Create New Component' and then select the Form Wizard
- Enter 'Orders' in the form name field
- Enter 'Orders' in the title field
- Select the 'Customers Tutorial' project you created in the previous step and click Continue to advance to the next screen
- From the preset fields, select the company field and click the arrow to move it over to the right.
- Click Continue to complete the form setup process.
The order form will now be loaded in form editor.
The field 'company' is the only field we have added to the form so far. The next step is to add 2 new fields to your form.
We're going to add a Product field, and a Shipping field.
- Click the EDIT button next to the company field and select Insert Form Element > Insert After.

- From the pop up window, select the Drop Down Menu option and click Continue.
- The Field Settings Window should now be loaded.
- Name the field Product by entering it in the field name input
- Next, enter Select a Product in the caption input
- Click the Field Settings Tab to advance.
- Cut and Paste the following into the textarea to populate the drop down menu

- Click the Save & Close tab to save the new field and return to the form
- Next, add a shipping field to your form by repeating
Steps 7 to 14 but enter Shipping for the Field Name, Select Shipping for the caption and cut & paste the options below for the field settings:
Priority Courier $15.00
Regular $0.00
Overnight $25.00

Your form should now look like the example shown below:
