To create the form follow these steps: Before you can begin, log-in to your logiforms.com account. Click 'Create New Component' and then select the Form Wizard Enter 'EncryptionTest' in the form name field Enter 'Encryption Testing' in the title field Lets create a new project folder for this tutorial: Click the 'Create New project' link and enter the name 'Encryption Tutorials' Click Continue to advance to the next screen. Add the FirstName, Lastname, Company, email, and phone fields to your form by selecting them one at a time from the list on the left and clicking the arrow to move them to the box on the right. Figure 1: Adding fields from the preset fields menu Click Continue to complete the form setup process. This will advance you to the form editor where your form is displayed.
