Creating a Relational Customer and Customer Orders System Using LogiBridge and MS Access

In this tutorial we're going to build a simple system that will manage and track customers and customer orders.
We'll be using logiforms to design and publish the forms and logiBridge to transfer the forms to our local MS Access Database.
If you are not familiar with how logiBridge works, please view this video tutorial.
In this example, we are going to create two forms; a customer form and an orders form. After a new customer registers and completes the customer the form, they will be directed to the orders form to place an order. Their record_id (a unique ID assigned to every new form submission) will be passed to the orders form and recorded in a hidden field on the form. This will allow us to relate the customers to their orders.
The concepts learned in this tutorial will enable you to create:
Relational Database Systems using MS Access and logiforms together
Link your local Access database to your logiforms web forms
Create Basic Calculation Fields
With these skills and the combination of logiforms, logiBridge and MS Access you can create some really powerful applications. Once your data is downloaded into MS Access, you have access to a host of powerful functions. You can generate reports using the Report Builder, create relationships between table and even add calculations and derived fields to increase the usefulness of the data you've collected.
