Adding a Graphic or Image to the top of each page on my Form
You can put an image at the top of each page using two different methods. You can insert a header/separation field item at the top of each page of the form and then use the "insert custom graphic" option.  Alternativly, if you wanted to show the same image on all pages you could do it outside of logiforms on the page that you add the integration code to. So, above where you put the form (using the generated integration code), you could insert a graphic. The later method assumes you are using the embedded integration option.

"I use the autoresponse to send a slightly different "thank you" message to submissions, depending on their answers.
This is great, makes it really seem as though it is a personal response!"

"The Logiforms forms integrated smoothly with our website. Our website is one of the primary means of communication with our clients and it was imperative that the forms look like they were hosted on our own site -- Logiforms does all the hard work and we get all the credit."
