Including Field Values in Notification and Autoresponder Emails

Fields can be inserted into the notification emails and autoresponder emails using the wildcard menu. There is also an option in the menu to 'insert All Fields', which will dump all the form fields into the body of the email.

It is important to note that if you add new fields to your form, those fields are not automatically included in the emails and needed to be added using the wildcard menu or by inserting the fieldname inside of square brackets. For example, to send an autoresponder that is personalized, you could use the field named 'first name' like this:

Dear [first name],

The result would be that the name entered into the "first name" field would replace the [first name] wildcard/placeholder.
