Using Print Templates
Using the Print Template Feature, you can print your form submissions in any format you want. This can be used
to create pre-formatted letters, mailing labels and invoices. The following steps outline how to create a Print Template
-
Navigate to the submission bin and open the record detail view by clicking on the
icon next to the row you want to open as shown here
- In the record details window, click the print button to open the Print Window
- You may be prompted to install an Active control the first time using this
feature. The activeX control is safe and enabled you to print the template
with the usually browser url and page number in the header and footer of the
page. Click to install the control
- Next, click on the Manage Templates Button and create your template using the editor
Your print template can use all your form fields and can be formatted any way you want.
-
Click the Continue button below the editor to save your template.
- Once your template is created, select it from the drop down menu in the top left and you can view each record using the template. Use the print button to print each record using the template you just created.

"The form builder is actually quite ingenious in its simplicity.
The flexibility it affords is almost unexpected because it's so easy to use.
We were able to quickly create about a half dozen forms and get them online and working with complete validation,
email, and data storage in the same amount of time it would have taken to create just the HTML for only one of the forms."
