I need to prefill my forms before presenting the form to the user, how can I do this?
When you send them to a form, you can pass the values in the url Eg (logiforms.com/myform.html?name=Bob&email=bob@test.com&address=124%20wwaterStreet)
you can use this method to pre populate forms. This includes automatically selecting checkboxes, drop downs etc.
For example to pre select a state (Colorado) in a state dropdown Just pass
the value in the query string.
So, if you have a drop down named 'state' and one of the values is 'Colorado' you would call your form like this, to preselect Colorado.
myform.html?state=Colorado
Note, that this is case sensative.
Can I also pass the values displayed in the dropdown, like a list of departments?
No, this needs to be set up in the form designer and can not be set at 'run-time'.
