Email notification not working?
The notificaton for my form is not coming through. I know the email is correct. I've checked the spelling and everything. So, what's the problem?
Email will fail if the return address is not properly formatted, you should check that. Also, you can confirm that the profile is being triggered when the form is submitted by running a test submission from the form designer page. This will show you what profile gets triggered.
If the profile is being triggered correctly and you are still not getting the mail, check your mail server logs to see if and why any mail from the return address is being rejected. Send this information to us if you feel our mailserver is causing the problem and we will attempt to resolve any issues.
