Wallace I Media saves their clients thousands on Event Registration System
Summary:
Wallace i Media is a web design firm that works with small and medium sized businesses. With all of our clients we find a need to add forms of varying complexity and for a range of purposes. Not having a programmer in house this has limited us in the past.
When looking for a secure way of accepting credit cards for a client we came across Logiforms.
From that simple problem of providing a client with an affordable solution for secure transfer of credit card info we soon found that Logiforms was extremely flexible in many other areas. This makes it much easy to pitch to clients as it provides multiple solutions, not to mention features clients didn't even know they needed!
The Challenge
Our most challenging job for Logiforms is from a client that needs multiple forms conference registration forms that need to be secure and extremely flexible.
They have the complex task of registering attendees to a series of conferences, each conference having many different options that need to be reflected in the form.
The Solution
Logiforms provided an easy to use, quick to set up solution that met the projects objectives. Utilizing the form designer, we were able to design and deploy forms and easily make adjustments as we went along.
In this case the two most powerful features are the branching forms and the calculation fields.
The branching forms allowed us to segregate information the user doesn't need to see and keeps confusion to a minimum.
Our client needed 2 distinct ways of registering, by picking a package that covers the whole conference or to pick each session individually.
Using branching we didn't have to have one extremely long form that would force the user to scroll through.
As for the calculations, once you get the hang of using them, they are very powerful.
You can create fields that take into account selections, taxes, and location.
This allowed us to create a form that gave all the control to the user, while knowing that when the users came to pay it was hassle free.
Wallace I Media also found the secure credit card submission, the customized auto-responders and the ability to access submissions anywhere there is an internet connection very useful for both developer and client.
Wallace i Media was able to deliver an effective solution and save their client thousands.
Any solution to build the same system from the ground up, or even cobbling together various programs would be unwieldy and more expensive. For just under $300 a year Logiforms is a bargain.
