Managing and Distributing leads with EarnFreeLeads.com
The Challenge:
EarnFreeLeads.com was originally managing leads through a FORMMAIL Webform. Once the leads came in, they would be sorted and then redirected to the appropriate lead recipient.
EarnFreeLeads.com would track who had received which leads and who was next in queue. This solution quickly became a nightmare and managing an ever increasing number of leads via their inbox was getting harder and harder to manage.
That's when EarnFreeLeads.com started looking for a solution.
The Solution:
EarnFreeLeads.com set out to find a simple online data solution where form results could be submitted to an online database. They reviewed numerous application service providers, most of which provided only a very basic form solution which with form results being sent via email or stored in a simple online database. The logiforms solution stood head and shoulders above the competition on two fronts. First, the logiforms solution included a complete backend management system for the data being collected through the forms. And second, the wide range of flexibility offered through the form designer.

EarnFreeLeads.com was able to set up sub user accounts for each of their lead distribution partners and using logiforms filtering and data management solution, restrict their access to their assigned leads. The partners now receive email notification when a lead has been received and automatically assigned to them. They then log in through EarnFreeLeads, using a completely non-branded data access page to access and manage their leads.
Because the solution logiforms provides is 100% non-branded, the partners never know that EarnFreeLeads is using a 3rd party solution.
The Summary:
