AAA Arizona implements a complete data collection and CSM Solution using logiforms.com
AAA Arizona needs to collect complicated multi-page form data from customers in order to be able to offer an Auto Insurance Quote to our online customers.
Below I will outline some of the challenges we faced and how logiforms provided a simple and elegant way to service both AAA and our customers.

THE FRONT END
|
The Challenge:
Due to the complex nature of the auto insurance business we needed a multiple page form that dynamically changes depending on the data entered by the customer.
i.e. - If the customer only has one car and one driver to insure they should only see data entry fields for one car and one driver.
But, if they want to insure three cars and two drivers the customer should see more fields to accommodate the extra data.
This way the form expands and contracts to meet the customer's needs.
The Solution:
Using Logiforms multi-page forms we were able to apply logic (with NO programming!) to the form such that we got exactly what we needed.
The form can be as small as 4 pages or as large as 11, depending on the needs of the customer.
What's more, we built many other logic rules into the form that help us to accurately collect the data we need while keeping the form as short as possible for the customer.
Dynamic form length and logic rules embedded into the form have dramatically helped us to increase our total number of form submissions.
More submissions = more sales!
Logiforms does it all.
Form creation, data formatting, excellent field validation, custom errors, cross platform and cross browser capability, and SSL… all with no programming, and all hosted by logiforms.
If I was to build these forms myself and integrate all this functionality it would take hundreds of man hours and eternal support of the software and hardware needed to keep these application running. Plus, logiforms does all the data storage and backup for you!

THE BACK END
|
Logiforms makes collecting and storing data easy.
But the logiforms backend does so much more then just securely store data.
By far the most cost saving part of logiforms is the back end functionally.
What we do with the data after we collect it makes all the difference.
The Challenge:
AAA Arizona needed to securely deliver the insurance quote form results to a pool of agents that could then use the data to produce the customer quote then respond to the customer in a uniform and professionally designed manner.
We also needed to be able to monitor the pool of agents to ensure timeliness and quality of service.
The Solution:
Using logiforms data triggers, lead distribution functionality, auto responders, notifications and email design capabilities AAA was able to create a customized, robust and EXTREEMLY cost effective CSM solution.
