To apply to get on the guest list for Lamplighter, please be sure to complete the following form 48 hours prior to the date requested: *Please note: If you are bringing guests, you must include the first and last name of each person in your party below.

A representative from Lamplighter will call or email you to confirm your request. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours it means our guest list is full for the evening you have requested. The guest list will allow you and your group to by-pass the line prior to 10:00PM.

Guest List Terms and conditions  
Guest list privileges are subject to capacity and limited for some special events. You will be notified via email if you application has been accepted. Once you get onto a guest list, be sure to make it down to Lamplighter before 10:30PM. After that time... you take your own chances (late arrivals may be required to pay a reduced cover charge). Lamplighter only accepts guest list request up to two weeks in advance. Please be sure to bring two piece of valid ID.

IMPORTANT: All guest list requests are closely tracked by email and IP address. Please only apply for the guest list when you are certain that you will be attending.
